Martina Kikic is an executive branding advisor and the founder of The Peace OS, a private advisory for founders, C-suite leaders, and senior operators whose reputation is already real offline.
Based in Dubai, she works with people whose expertise is recognised in the room and invisible everywhere else, and she closes that gap with an online reputation management strategy that produces inbound lead generation without daily posting.
She has held four Favikon rankings in the UAE across management and leadership, personal branding, audience building, thought leadership, and marketing and sales.
Before building the advisory, she spent 14 years working directly alongside founders, C-suite executives, and senior leaders across more than 45 nationalities, which is where the method came from.

Hey there, it's Martina
My surname gets pronounced four different ways in any given week, and I have stopped correcting people. Kikić, where ć is pronounced like ch.
I advise professionals, founders, and senior leaders on LinkedIn, and the short version is this. You already have the reputation. I make sure the people deciding on you can see it before you walk in.
You probably found me on LinkedIn, or someone told you to talk to me. Either way, I am glad you are here.
I did not build this from a moment of inspiration. I was born in a country that no longer exists, and my family carried the wrong passport in a place that was meant to be one country. We left. The territory that matched our documents did not want us either, because people heard the accent and that was enough. Novi Sad, then Petrovaradin, then Zaprešić. I was the child on the wrong side of somebody's line in every one of them.
I learned early that nobody is coming to vouch for you. You knock, and if they laugh, you shake the dust off your feet and knock somewhere else. That refusal to stay outside is what eventually brought me to the UAE, and into the rooms where the decisions actually get made.
For over a decade I sat in those rooms without being the centre of them. From that chair you see both versions of a person: the one they perform, and the one that shows up when they think the assistant does not count. The leaders whose influence lasted were almost never the loudest. That is the whole education, and it is what the advisory is built on.
I am Catholic, and my faith is the one thing that did not leave when everything else did. It is why the company is called The Peace OS.
