Terms and Conditions

By purchasing LinkedIn Profile Optimization, you agree to the following terms:

1. What you are purchasing
LinkedIn Profile Optimization is a one to one service. It includes my preparation work before we meet, a brand-optimized file built specifically for you, and one live sixty minute session. You are purchasing my time and my work, not a course, a template, or a downloadable product.

2. Your onboarding questionnaire
Your session cannot be scheduled until your onboarding questionnaire is complete. I use your answers to prepare your file before we meet. My work begins the moment your completed questionnaire arrives. You have two months from the date of purchase to complete and return it. If it is not returned within two months, your purchase expires, no session will be scheduled, and no refund is given.

3. Scheduling
Once I receive your completed questionnaire, I will contact you to arrange your session. We will schedule it at a time that works for both of us.

4. Rescheduling and missed sessions
You may reschedule once, with at least twenty four hours notice. If you cancel with less than twenty four hours notice, or do not attend, the session is treated as delivered and no refund or replacement is given, because the preparation work has already been done.

5. Refunds
You may request a full refund at any point before your completed onboarding questionnaire reaches me. Once it arrives, my preparation work begins immediately and the fee becomes non-refundable, with no exceptions. To request a refund, email [email protected] before submitting your questionnaire.

6. Your file and your materials
The brand-optimized file I create for you is yours to use for your own profile and your own presence. The frameworks, systems, and methods behind it remain the intellectual property of The Peace OS. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce them, or use them to deliver a similar service to others.

7. Recording and confidentiality
Everything you share with me is treated as confidential. Sessions may be recorded only with your agreement, and any recording is for your own use.

8. What this is and is not
This service gives you positioning, language, and a clear plan. Results depend on what you do afterwards. This is not a guarantee of employment, income, clients, or any specific business outcome.

9. Limitation of liability
The Peace OS will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the materials or advice provided.
